Charlene Platon is a healthcare leader, speaker, and host of ACNL in Action. As Director of Ambulatory Nursing at Stanford Health Care, she is passionate about advancing nursing practice, empowering healthcare professionals, and creating systems where compassion and innovation work together.
She is also the co-founder of Fifth Window, a nurse-led community dedicated to helping healthcare professionals reconnect with joy, creativity, and purpose.
